Day 33 of My 40 day Journey...

Day 33 of 40:

Today’s theme is NEVER GIVE UP! Thank you Lord for giving me another day to serve YOU.

No matter how tough it gets. The matter how hard it seems. Be encouraged and never give up on your goals/dreams/passions…

Here’s a suggestion that you could take on. You could just GIVE IN. What do I mean by this? You could just give in to what inspires you and allow your goals/dreams/passions to come in and touch your soul and move you into action. I think that’s a pretty exciting way to live each day. and it’s not like you do this once. This is a total creation that you must take on daily. You must discover it newly for yourself every day or it can get old. I know I’ve had that happen before. We’re all the sudden the thing that you love becomes a drag. That’s not fun!

Now I’m going to say something very serious and I need you to pay attention to this please. and I’m saying this with all the love in the world!

I want to talk about surrounding yourself with “OQP”

This would be only, quality, people… It’s very important who is in your inner circle and who is speaking in your ear. Not everybody gets the right to do this. And you may have friends who mean well and they actually don’t know what they’re talking about. Especially if they’ve never completed the goals/dreams that you’re racing toward. You must manage this with extreme care. And I’m not suggesting that you take on some posture like you’re better than them I’m just suggesting that you be careful as to who is speaking into your life.

I’ve seen this many times in my life. It’s not like they’re bad or wrong they just don’t share the same vision that you have. And sometimes what they say can be destructive. You must be careful and remove this from the equation.

Here’s another way to look at this. If you wanted to learn about investing for your future and creating financial wealth, you would go to an expert in that field. You would not go to your friend who is living from paycheck to paycheck and and ask them where you should put your money. That would be ridiculous…

You certainly wouldn’t go to the fat guy and take his advice on how to have a six pack. That would be crazy. I think you get my point. Be very careful who you allow into your inner circle as you’re racing toward your goals/dreams/desires. Especially if you desire to make a huge impact in the world. You cannot afford to taint the soil.

And this doesn’t mean that you can’t love that person. And it also doesn’t mean you’re better than them. It’s simply means it’s probably not the best idea that they tell you how to accomplish something they’ve never done. And I’ve seen this so many times. It’s a pitfall. We don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings.

We want to drag are friends with us. Hear me!!! If they’re not trying to climb the same mountain as you you can’t force that. It won’t work! You will waste a lot of time on energy on nonsensical senseless conversations that are filled with negativity! I can’t tell you enough how dangerous this is. It will throw you off course immediately. You must remove these kinds of conversations from the equation. And just because they’re not a part of your inner circle speaking into your life doesn’t mean that you can’t have love and compassion for them. When it’s time for them to take a similar journey they know exactly where to go to get the information needed to accomplish that. It’s a lot like sharing God. If you’ve ever tried sharing Jesus with someone who’s not ready it becomes a convincing match. And when someone’s heart is open and receptive sharing is natural. Enough said on this I think you get my point.

So my challenge today is for you to take on NEVER GIVING UP! And instead GIVE IN. Give in to your goals/dreams/desires. Surrender yourself to your passions and go all In. You’ve got nothing to lose. No one goes to the grave sad about the things they tried. It’s usually the things they wish they tried and never did.

And please be very careful who you allow to speak into your life. Everyone doesn’t have the privilege or right to do that.

Who’s in?
