I have shared this a few times in face book and I'm creating a new blog where I will share my health journey as to how I lost over 110lbs. My goal is to have you WIN! I will also share with you tips and strategies to help you get going on your own journey. On the left I am 265 lbs. On the right I am 155lbs.
